• Genetic Technologist:   M.Sc. Life Sciences
• Lab Technician:  DMLT, MLT
• Molecular Biologist:  M.Sc. in Life Sciences with more than 2 years of experience in molecular genetics
• Lab Technical Manager:  M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Life Sciences with more than 3 years of experience in any field of human genetics. 
• Lab Director:  Ph.D. in Life Sciences with more than 5 years of experience in genetics diagnostics. 
• Quality Coordinator:  M.Sc. in Life Sciences
• Quality Manager:   M.Sc. in Life Sciences with at least 2 years experience in Quality control or Quality Assurance department of a diagnostic laboratory.
